CaptionPace provides a free web-based utility for calculating Words Per Minute (WPM) pacing for audio, voiceovers, and subtitles. The tool is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and editorial guidance only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the word counts or mathematical calculations, although they are designed to closely approximate standard industry metrics.

3. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and original text content of this website are the intellectual property of Krishna AI Studio. However, any text, scripts, or subtitles you input into the tool remain your sole property. As stated in our Privacy Policy, your inputs are processed locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Krishna AI Studio be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use of the calculator for commercial or compliance purposes.
